1. Agreement to Terms. By using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Site.
2. Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Site, for information on how we collect, use and share your information.
3. Changes to these Terms or the Site. We may update the Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. If we do, we will let you know by posting the updated Terms on the Site. It is important that you review the Terms whenever we update them or you use the Site. If you continue to use the Site after we have posted updated Terms, it means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you disagree to be bound by the changes, you may not use the Site anymore. We may change or discontinue all or any part of the Site at any time, and without notice, at our sole discretion.
4. Who May Use the Site? You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract with Dirty Sockers, and not otherwise barred from using the Site under applicable law.
5. Feedback. We appreciate feedback, comments, ideas, proposals, and suggestions for improvements to the Site (“Feedback”). If you choose to submit Feedback, you agree that we are free to use it without any restriction or compensation.
6. Dirty Sockers’ Intellectual Property. We may make available through the Site content that is subject to intellectual property rights. We or the third parties who otherwise own the intellectual property rights, retain all rights to that content.
7.Dirty Socker / OG Dirty Socker utilities
a. Cashback, staking. DCC, Dirty Cash Club, is a staking reward, distributed evenly over 10.000 Dirty Sockers NFTs and 100 OG Dirty Sockers NFTs, on the 15th of every month. Eligibility is based on the following criteria:
i. You must hold either an OG Dirty Socker NFT or a DIrty Socker NFT in your wallet on the 15th of the month.
ii. The DCC will be initiated in the first 2 weeks after the full mint of the full Dirty Sockers collection of 10.000 NFTs. The staking rewards will begin after the DCC has been initiated.
iii. The snapshot time of the utility is the 15th of every month after initiation of the DCC.
8. OG Dirty Socker utilities
a. OG Merch, designer socks. OG Holders merchandise, OG socks, will be granted to 50 unique OG Dirty Sockers NFT holders. The utility is a pair of OG socks in universal size 38-44 (DE), shipped to the holder`'`s home address. Eligibility is based on the following criteria:
i. Amount of OG Dirty Sockers held in your wallet. If you are holding > 1 OG in your wallet, you will be eligible for the OG socks.
ii. Time and date of your mint of the OG Dirty Socker. The earlier you minted, the higher is your chance of being a top OG.
iii. When all OG holders from condition (i) are rewarded, the rest of the holders will be rewarded according to condition (ii).
iv. You need to provide your shipping address to us on request.
v. The snapshot time of the utility is the drop time and date of OG Dirty Sockers.
b. Cashback, mint revenue. Every OG Dirty Socker holder will be rewarded by a cashback after any drop of the Dirty Socker collection is minted, granted that the conditions below are being fulfilled. The full cashback for the OG holders is 7.5% of the total mint revenue from the Dirty Sockers collection. The 7.5% is spread evenly over the 100 OG NFTs - i.e. for every OG Dirty Socker NFT there will be a 0.075% direct cashback from the full Dirty Socker mint revenue. Eligibility is based on the following criteria:
i. You must hold an OG Dirty Socker NFT in your wallet on the 5th day after the initial public offering of any drop of the full Dirty Sockers collection (Lucky Sockers and Dirty Sockers Final).
ii. You must provide us with your crypto wallet address once requested.
iii. The snapshot time of the utility is the 5th day after the mint of any drop of the Dirty Sockers collection (Lucky Sockers and Dirty Sockers Final).
c. NFT airdrop, Dirty Socker NFT. Every OG Dirty Socker holder will be granted an NFT airdrop of a Dirty Socker NFT, when Lucky Sockers have been minted. The airdrop will be done after the 5th day after the initial mint day of the Lucky Sockers, granted that we have received your wallet address. Eligibility is based on the following criteria:
i. You must hold an OG Dirty Socker in your wallet on the 5th day post drop of Lucky Sockers.
ii. The snapshot time of the utility is the 5th day after the mint of the Lucky Sockers collection.
9. Early Socker utilities – Early Sockers is the name of the first 1,000 out of the 10,000 Dirty Sockers. The Early Sockers drop include additional utilities, besides the “normal” Dirty Sockers utilities. Early Sockers NFTs also includes the following utilities.
a. Cashback for Early Sockers. Every Early Sockers will be rewarded with a cashback after any drop of the main Dirty Socker collection is minted (Lucky Sockers / Dirty Sockers Final). The full cashback is 25% of the 9K Dirty Sockers collection revenue (consisting of Lucky Sockers and Dirty Sockers Final). The funds will be transferred to your defi crypto-wallet, connected to the NFT wallet. Eligibility is based on:
i. Hold an Early Sockers NFT in your wallet on the date and time of the mint of any drop of the Dirty Sockers collection (consisting of Lucky Sockers and Dirty Sockers Final).
ii. The snapshot time of the utility is the date and time of any drop of the Dirty Sockers collection (consisting of Lucky Sockers and Dirty Sockers Final).
b. Airdrop - NFT airdrop of a Dirty Sockers NFT. Every Early Sockers holder will be granted an NFT airdrop of a Dirty Sockers NFT, when Lucky Sockers have been minted. The airdrop will be done after the initial mint of the Dirty Sockers. To be eligible for this airdrop you must:
i. Hold an Early Sockers NFT in your wallet on the date and time of the initial public offering of the Lucky Sockers collection.
ii. The snapshot time of the utility is the date and time of the drop of the main 9K Dirty Sockers collection.
c. Premium rarity of traits. Early Sockers NFTs will have some traits only available to the first 1k layered drop. This means that there is a chance of getting super rare traits from the Dirty Sockers collection when minting an Early Socker NFT. These traits will exclusively be available in the Early Sockers drop. Please note, that it is not guaranteed to get one of these traits, but it is a possibility. Eligibility is based on:
i. The premium traits are randomized. The chance is there for all Early Sockers NFT, but it is not guaranteed.
10. Dirty Sockers Lucky edition drop utilities.
a. $500 Cashback for trait “Medieval Crown”. There are 2 NFTs available with the trait “Medieval Crown” hiding inside the 9K collection. The lucky minters who find these NFTs, and hold them until the end of the drop, will be given a $500 cashback. To be eligible for the $500 cashback, you must:
i. Hold your NFT, with the Medieval Crown trait, at the closure of the drop.
ii. Provide us with your wallet address within four (4) weeks of conclusion of the drop.
iii. The snapshot time is at the closure of the drop.
b. Merch giveaways. Signet ring, t-shirt, and socks giveaways for Tier 1, 2 and 3 top 9K minters. Signet ring, t-shirt, and socks giveaways for Tier 1, 2 and 3 top 9K minters. The merch giveaways are based upon the top minters of the drop in terms of the numbers of NFTs minted. The following Tiers are included. Tier 1: Top 5 minters of the drop; Tier 2: Top 50 minters of the drop; Tier 3: Top 100 minters of the drop. To be eligible for the merch giveaways you need to:
i. Provide us with your shipping address in the 4 weeks after the conclusion of the drop.
ii. (For tier 2 & 3 only) You need to be based in EU or NA. Should you be based elsewhere, you can claim an alternative reward at the team.
iii. The snapshot time is at the closure of the drop.
c. Free airdrop of Dirty Sockers final. Every DS NFT minted with treasure trait listed below will guarantee you a free airdrop of Dirty Sockers Final. A total of 500 airdrops will be granted. To be eligible for this airdrop you need to:
i. Hold your DS NFT in your wallet with one treasure trait, at the closure of the Dirty Sockers Final drop. The treasure traits are available in the list below:
1. Cronos
2. Pac Man
3. Dark Dead
4. Shiba Inu
ii. The snapshot time is at the end of the Dirty Sockers final drop.
d. Early access airdrops. There are 100 Dirty Socker NFTs reserved for Early Access members. Meaning, minting one Dirty Socker NFT in Early Access, will grant you approximately a 20-40% chance to get a free DS airdrop after mint. To be eligible for this reward you need to:
i. Mint a Dirty Socker NFT during the early access time.
ii. Snapshot time is during the early access time of the drop.
e. Dirty Socker WL airdrops. There are 100 Dirty Socker NFTs that are reserved for WL winners. These free airdrops will be distributed after minting a DS NFT, and the closure of the public offering. WL automatically gives you a spot in the Early Access. To be eligible for this you need to:
i. Having provided your crypto.com username to us at least 12 hours before the sale of the Dirty Socker Lucky edition collection opens.
ii. Mint a Dirty Socker NFT during the early access time.
iii. Being registered in the WL, by having won a WL competition.
iv. Snapshot time is during the early access time of the drop.
11. General Prohibitions and Dirty Sockers’ Enforcement Rights.
12. Use, display, mirror, or frame in any way the Site or any individual element within the Site, Dirty Sockers’ name, any Dirty Sockers trademark, logo, or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without Dirty Sockers’ express written consent;
13. Access, tamper with, or use in any way non-public areas of the Site, Dirty Sockers’ computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Dirty Sockers’ providers;
14. Attempt to or actually probe, scan, or test in any way the vulnerability of (or lack of vulnerability of) any system or network (collectively, “Systems”), or breach any security or authentication measures, available or accessible through, or related to, the Site;
15. Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble, or otherwise circumvent, in any way, any measure implemented by Dirty Sockers or any of Dirty Sockers’ providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Site or any element thereof of any;
16. Attempt to or actually access or search the Site, or download content (or any element thereof) from the Site, using any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or other mechanisms (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) or modality other than the software and/or search agents expressly provided by Dirty Sockers or other generally available third-party web browsers;
17. Access or use the Site, or any portion or element thereof, for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party, or in any other manner not permitted by these Terms;
18. Attempt to or actually decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Site, or any element thereof, or any of the Systems;
19. Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Site or any Systems;
20. Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including but not limited to Dirty Sockers or any representative or agent thereof;
21. Violate any applicable law or regulation; or
22. Directly or indirectly encourage or enable any other individual to do the preceding.
23. Dirty Sockers is not obligated to monitor access to or use of the Site or to review or edit any Site content. However, we have the right to do so for the purpose of operating the Site, to ensure compliance with these Terms, and to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to the Site (or any element or content therein or thereof), at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider it objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate actual and suspected violations of these Terms and other conduct that affects the Site. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law..
24. Links to Third-Party Websites or Resources. The Site may allow you to access third-party websites or other resources. We provide access only as a convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those resources or links displayed on such websites. You acknowledge that you have sole responsibility for, and assume all risk arising from, your use of any third-party resources.
25. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Site, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. Upon any termination or discontinuation of the Site or these Terms, the following Sections will survive 5,6,24,25,26,27,28,29 and 30

27.THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF THE COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. We make no warranty that the Site will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any information or content on the Site. Any reliance you place on such information or content is strictly at your own risk.
28. To the extent the Site enables you to interact with any blockchain protocol (each, a “Protocol”), you understand that your use of any such Protocol is entirely at your own risk. Any such Protocol is available on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. You assume all risks associated with using any Protocol, and digital assets and decentralized systems generally, including but not limited to, that digital assets are highly volatile; you may not have ready access to assets, and you may lose some or all of your tokens or other assets. You agree that you will have no recourse against Dirty Sockers for any losses due to your use of any Protocol. For example, these losses may arise from or relate to (i) lost funds; (ii) server failure or data loss; (iii) corrupted cryptocurrency wallet files; (iv) unauthorized access; (v) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies; or (vi) third-party activitie
29. Indemnity. You will indemnify and hold Dirty Sockers and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way related to (a) your access to or use of the Site, or (b) your violation of these Terms.
30. Limitation of Liability.
a. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER DIRTY SOCKERS NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SITE WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT Dirty Sockers OR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
b. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DIRTY SOCKERS’ TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
c. BY USING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE MATERIAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN Dirty Sockers AND YOU.
